미⋅중 관계와 북⋅중 관계의 상관성 연구 - 최근 미⋅중 전략적 경쟁을 중심으로
2018년 초반, 상호 간 여러 차례의 관세를 인상하면서 시작된 미국과 중국의 무역전쟁은 현재까지 광범위한 분야에 걸쳐 확장되어왔다. 이는 미국이 주장하고 있는 중국에 대한 무 역적자의 심화, 중국정부의 비호아래 조직적으로 진행되고 있는 지적재산권의 무단 탈취 등 의 이유는 표면적인 명분에 불과한 것이고 실제적으로는 패권경쟁이라고 하는 숨어있는 대 명제에 이르고 있다. 이는 미국이 중국정부가 구상하고 있는 소위 ‘중국제조 2025’를 허용 하지 않음과 동시에 5G를 비롯한 미래 과학기술 분야에 대한 중국의 독점을 허용하지 않겠 다는 의지인 것이다. 이에 따라 현재까지 미국과 중국과의 미래 패권을 위한 전략적 경쟁이 치열하게 전개되고 있다. 위와 같은 미국과 중국과의 관계 속에 북한과 중국은 최근 들어 전례없는 상황을 연출하 고 있다. 그동안 미국이 주도하던 대북제재의 틀 안에서 웅크리고 있던 중국은 최근 자국을 수차례 방문한 김정은을 극진히 대접함과 동시에 이에 화답하여 시진핑이 북한을 방문하면 서 그 우의를 과시하고 있는 상황이 그것이다. 이와 같은 북한과 중국과의 호의적인 관계는 공교롭게도 미중 무역전쟁이 가시화된 상황에서 시작되었으며 시간이 지나면서 점차 가속화 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 상황에 주목하고 미중관계와 북중관계에 대한 상관관계에 대해 비대칭협상이론의 관점에서 분석하고자 하였으며 그 결과 유의미함을 확인하였다.
Correlationship Study between US-China & North Korea-China Relationship : Focused on Recent US & China Hegemonic Competition
Economic-war between US-China which was begun after rising customs toward each other many times at early 2018 has been expended to widespread areas until today. The reason of rising trade deficit from China and systematic unauthorized theft of intellectual properity rights under Chinese government is only plausible excuse from US government. The real cause of this situation is in world hegemonic competition. This is the meaning that US do not permit so called 'made in china 2025" which is planed by Chinese government and monopolizing of China in future science technology. there for. the US-China economic war has been going fiercely until now to have future world hegemonic competition In such like a relationship between Us and China, north Korea and China have unprecedented relationship each other now. China which has been in sanctions against north Korea leaded by US treat friendly Kim Jung-un who visited China twice. and after Xi Jin-ping visit north Korea, these tow countries show off their friendship. Like this friendship and visualization of US-China economic war happened to be simultaneously and as time pass their friendship is stronger then that of before In this study, I pay attention to this situation and try to analysis correlationship of US-China and north Korea-China relationship. And I confirmed that These two thesis are being meaningful
