대한민국 임시정부 군사활동(독립전쟁)의 군사사적 의의
본 연구는 대한민국 임시정부의 군사활동과 독립전쟁과의 연관성을 분석하기 위한 것이 다. 이를 위해 3·1운동과 대한민국 임시정부 수립, 임시정부의 주요 군사활동, 임시정부 군 사활동의 군사사적 의의 등을 살펴본 후 결론을 도출하였다. 일제의 거듭된 탄압에도 불구하고 우리 민족은 1919년에 3·1운동을 통해 일제에 저항하 고 이후 대한민국 임시정부를 수립하였으며 1940년에는 마침내 한국광복군을 창설하여 항 일독립전쟁을 계속하였다. 3·1운동 당시 주요 독립운동 이론은 외교독립론 이었지만, 외교독립론의 거듭된 실패로 이동휘가 통합임시정부 총리로 취임하면서 외교정책 기조가 독립전쟁론 으로 전환되었다. 독립전쟁론에 기반한 임시정부 군사활동(독립전쟁)의 군사사적 의의는 ①군사제도의 기본원 칙에 충실한 군사활동, ②정통성을 계승한 군대에 의한 독립전쟁 수행, ③군사정책과 군사전 략 수립 및 수행, ④군령과 군정의 분리 및 군사간부 양성, ⑤자주적 통수권 회복과 군사통 일의 실현을 들 수 있다. 대한민국 임시정부 군사활동의 군사사적 의의를 도출한 본 연구를 통해 우리 민족은 절대 우위의 전력을 구비한 군사력(군대조직)을 건설하여 일제를 축출하고 독립전쟁에서 승리함 으로서 완전한 독립국가를 달성하기 위해 진력하였음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 독립된 국가의 구성원으로서 우리의 손으로 우리의 지도자를 선출하여 우리 국민의 의사를 반영한 새로운 정부를 수립하는 기반을 구축하기 위해 각고의 노력을 경주하였음을 알 수 있었다.
A Study on the Relationship between Military Activities and the War of Independence of the Provisional Government of Korea
This study is to analyze the connection between the military activities of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea and the War of Independence. To this end, we looked at the March 1st Movement, the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, major military activities of the Provisional Government, and the military historical significance of the Provisional Government. Despite repeated repression by the Japanese, the Korean people resisted the Japanese colonial rule in 1919 and later established the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea. In 1940, the Korean Liberation Army was finally established to continue the War of Independence against Japan. At the time of the March 1 Independence Movement, the main theory of independence was "diplomatic independence", but the foreign policy stance shifted to "independence war theory" as Lee Dong-hwi took office as the prime minister of the united interim government due to repeated failures of diplomatic independence. The military historical significance of the provisional government's military activities (war of independence) based on the theory of independence can be realized: military activities faithful to the basic principles of the military system; military policies and military strategies; fi separation of military rule; and restoration of military control. This study, which drew the military historical significance of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, showed that the Korean people worked hard to achieve a complete independent nation by building a military force (military organization) equipped with absolute superiority. It was also shown that as a member of an independent nation, we have made strenuous efforts to elect our leader with our own hands to establish a new government that reflects the will of our people.
